We endeavour to make the Will writing process simple and easy for you. In just a few steps we can provide the peace of mind that all your wishes will be executed as you would hope.
Who we are
With more than 20 years of experience preparing Wills for clients with assets and ties in multiple jurisdictions, we will guide you through this important, but often daunting task.
We aim to make it as pleasant a process as possible and can meet with our clients in the comfort of their own home, or anywhere else convenient, and at flexible hours.
We provide complete estate planning solutions, taking care of everything from appointing guardians for your children and drafting your Wills to establishing Enduring Powers of Attorney and Living Wills, ensuring that your loved ones are cared and provided for in the event of your mental incapacity or death
Our expert team are all legally trained or come from a legal background, but most importantly they are friendly and easy to deal with.
Either a face to face or telephone meeting at your convenience, with one of our expert Will writers where we can discuss and establish what type of Will do you need. Is it just a simple Will, do you need a Living Will, or Enduring Power of Attorney? What about a Deed of Temporary Guardianship?
In the consultation we will try to answer all of your questions.
This is a simple to complete questionnaire that will provide us with all the details and information that we need to draft you Wills.
Having completed the Questionnaire, we will write the First Draft of your Will. This document is the nearly completed Will. Completing a draft Will enables us to finalise the details to ensure that nothing is missed and everything will be actioned as you would hope. Once confirmed as accurate we will mirror the Will to cover your spouse and any other jurisdictions that may be needed.
After the first draft is confirmed as accurate the final Will shall be created. You then sign and attest this and all is complete.
The only thing then to do is to decide where the original copy is to be stored. Find out more about our Will Storage service here
